Sarah Rash. wrote a letter to Barack Obama and Sen. Dick Durbin about the
benefits for our veterans benefits asking both to back any and all Legislation concerning our veterans.
She is holding the reply she received from Barack Obama thanking her for her concerns and assuring her that he will be in favor of all legislation even though he is having to resign his position because he will be our next President. Sarah was quite excited to receive the reply.

Jackie Johnson, Advisor has given a Citation to Sarah Rash, left and Kaylee Rash, on the right from National President, Dixie Hild for collecting 100 labels each for the VFW National Home for Children.
Eight of our Jr. Girls Members after the meeting that had received Youth Citation from National President Dixie Hild for Supporting Our Troops and their families.
The girls are enjoying a warm fire and wiener & marshmallow roast at Ron & Kay Shew Cabin after their meeting on October 18. They had an early meeting this month due to Halloween.
